The Chelsea football club’s takeover of Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich was concluded in a £4.25 billion deal, with the new era under Tobb Boehly officially beginning.
The new owners promised to continue with investing in the male senior team, the club’s academy, and the female team, which they have begun working on.
According to Express Sports News reports, Chelsea have completed the signing of top summer transfer target Eve Perisset, who is set to join the female side.
The reports claim that Eve will join the club on a three-year deal, with the transfer fee agreed between Chelsea and Bordeaux yet to be revealed.
“Chelsea Women have announced their first summer signing Eve Perisset on a three-year deal from French Division One side Bordeaux. The 27-year-old is set to join the Blues on July 1.” The reports stated.
This is one of the many signings Chelsea are expected to make over the summer transfer window.
